We are a general dentistry office where we practice preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.
Your first visit will consist of a comprehensive examination, including x-rays, a cleaning, a discussion of the findings, and a treatment recommendation. You may provide us with x-rays from another office if they are recent.
On your first visit, you will need to provide your driver’s license and dental insurance card (if applicable). You will also be asked to fill out a new patient form with your personal information. You can fill it out electronically ahead of time and email it to us. We will have it printed when you come to sign and date.

We also offer Care Credit for those patients who may need to pay in installments.
